We anticipate that a number of ancillary meetings will be held in conjunction with ASC 2022. If you would like to arrange a meeting during the Conference, please contact the ASC 2022 Conference Manager, Paula Pair<\/strong>, by email<\/strong><\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n

Limited space at the Hawaii Convention Center is available on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n

Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Date
\nTime (start and end times)
\nAnticipated attendance
\nSetup (U-shape, conference style, etc.)
\nAudio visual requirements
\nInternet requirements
\nElectrical requirements
\nFood and beverage requirements
\nSubject\/Title of Meeting
\nOrganizer’s contact information (with email address)
\nOn-site point of contact (if not the Meeting Organizer noted above)<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair. Once a meeting room is assigned, Paula will send an e-introduction to the meeting organizer and the proper point of contact at the Hawaii Convention Center by email.<\/p>\n

In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for setting up direct billing arrangements with the convention center’s point of contact.
