The publication process allows final manuscripts to be available on IEEE <em>Xplore<\/em> on average as early as 90 days after the conference. Accepted manuscripts will also be made available for download and citation prior to the scheduled August 2027 release of the entire Special Issue.<\/p>\n<p>TAS been recognized by IEEE as a High-Performance Publication for its exceptional turnaround time. This means that the main results described in the submitted manuscript must have been presented as part of the conference presentation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The presentation should be given at the appointed time in the program, by the designated presenter<\/strong><em>.<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For posters, presentation means that an author is available during the duration of the poster session to discuss the work and answer questions.
