- A student is considered to be an individual who has been a full-time student at an accredited college or university during the time the work was performed. Example: students in a United States college or university must be enrolled for a minimum of nine (9) credit hours per term as a graduate student or twelve (12) credit hours per term as an undergraduate.
- There is no age limit.
- Ph.D. students are eligible.
- Post-doctoral researchers are not considered students.

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) is required at the time of registration.
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
If you are unable to pay by credit card due to institutional policies, and prior to registering, please contact Centennail Conferences at asc@centennialconferences.com to arrange an alternative payment method.
To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment must be received by July 31, 2026.
We understand some registrants need to use a different form of payment for different registration items (e.g. additional event tickets or Fun Run). If this is the case, please complete your registration for the conference first and then return to your registration to modify your selection and provide a different credit card for the additional item(s).
| REGISTRATION CHANGES |
Changes to conference registrations can be made online via the link on the registration confirmation email until July 31, 2026. After July 31, requests to change a conference registration must be emailed to Centennial Conferences.
| CANCELLATION REQUESTS |
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received via email to Centennial Conferences no later than July 31, 2026. If a refund is made via wire, there is an additional $25 fee applicable. Cancellations after July 31, 2026, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
