ASC 2026 Housing Information
ASEF/ASC 2026 is holding a block of rooms at the three hotels listed below and all are in close proximity to the David Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC).
A limited number of rooms at each hotel will be available at $138/night, which is the equivalent of the 2026 US Government per diem rate. No U.S. government ID is required to reserve these rooms.
Reservations will open on April 7, 2026. Booking links will be posted on this housing page and emailed to those on the ASC email list.

HOW YOU RESERVE A ROOM THAT COUNTS
- Use the official reservation link (available April 7, 2026) to make your reservation at the hotel of your choice. This will ensure that you receive the lowest rate available at each hotel until 30-days prior to the conference
- Book directly with the hotel because, regardless of rate, your room will count toward ASC 2026 room booking and financial obligations: ASC will receive credit for your room
THESE METHODS WILL NOT HELP (but rather will harm) ASC:
- Making a reservation through any Online Travel Agency (OTCs) noted below will result in the conference NOT receiving credit for your room.
- Please do not book your hotel room using Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Travelocity, Vrbo, Cheap Tickets, Bookings.com, Priceline.com, Agoda, Kayak, Monondo, Google Hotels, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, HotelTonigh or similar services. The hotels will not credit ASC 2026 for these bookings.
