Presentation is a Requirement for Publication!
- Authors presenting at ASC 2026 are not required to submit a manuscript.
- For authors that choose to submit a manuscript (whether an oral or poster presentation), only subject matter presented at ASC 2026 will be considered for publication. This means that the main results described in the submitted manuscript must have been presented as part of the conference presentation.
- The presentation should be given at the appointed time in the program, by the designated presenter.
- For posters, presentation means that an author is available during the duration of the poster session to discuss the work and answer questions. Posting of the pages of the manuscript does not constitute presentation.
- Changes to the program, which have been approved by the ASC 2026 Program Committee, will be allowed for submitted manuscripts.
An abstract accepted for presentation at ASC 2026 may not lead to a published paper in TAS. The Scope of TAS is described here, see page 3.
Manuscript Template
You can retrieve the TAS Special Issue manuscript template HERE. Re-use of old templates will be automatically detected and may force mandatory major revisions to comply with the approved template.
Please check the Important Author Guidelines and Policies PDF for page limits.
Authorship
Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made significant intellectual contributions to the work, participated in drafting or revising the manuscript, and approved the final version for publication. All authors must agree on the author list and order prior to submission. Changes to authorship (including additions, removals, or reordering) during peer review or after acceptance are considered exceptional and require approval from all co-authors and the Editor(s). Requests must be submitted using the Change of Authorship Form and include a justification.
For full authorship guidelines, please refer to the IEEE Authorship Guidelines.
Manuscript Changes After Acceptance
Final file submissions must match the accepted manuscript. Changes made at this stage are deemed to be a retraction by IEEE and are not generally allowed. If changes must be made after manuscript acceptance, please send your request to pubs@centennialconferences.com for consideration by the Editor BEFORE uploading your final files.
