As a warm welcome to Pittsburgh and a heartfelt thank you to our conference organizers and volunteers, ELEVATE invites registered students and conference organizers to join us for a Welcome Reception. Reconnect with old friends, make new connections, and enjoy a drink and an appetizer on us as we kick off the conference together.

Wednesday Evening at the Carnegie Museum

Location: Carnegie Museum
The Evening at the Carnegie Museum is the primary social event for ASC 2026, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. This event is the “social highlight” of the conference, blending scientific community building within one of the region’s most distinguished cultural institutions.
The evening is designed as a premier opportunity to connect with colleagues and industry leaders in a relaxed, world-class setting. Attendees have exclusive access to the diverse collections across the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. High-quality food and beverages will be provided as part of the conference social program.
