Wire and ACH Payments – General Guidelines
- All funds must be sent in US Dollars.
- ASC 2024 or Centennial Conferences are NOT responsible for ANY bank fees. For incoming wires, a $15 fee will be applied to all payments. This does not include any applicable fees processed by your bank.
- If the amount received by BOK Financial is less than the amount owed, payment will be collected onsite at conference registration check-in if not resolved prior to the time or the remaining balance will be collected via credit card.
- Please be sure to include the name of the company/registrant to whom received the funds are to be applied. This should be added in the memo/comment field when requesting the wire at your bank.
