Online registration is now closed. Registration opens at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at the Salt Palace Convention Center.
Pre-registered and fully paid participants can pick up their registration materials at the Pre-Registration Desk in the North Foyer of the Salt Palace Convention Center.
If you are a pre-registered attendee with a balance due or registering onsite, please go to Room 150AB. For new registrations, please download the registration form here and bring it to the onsite registration desk. Please note: you must download the form to your computer in order to complete it.

- A student is considered to be an individual who has been a full-time student at an accredited college or university during the time the work was performed. Example: students in a United States college or university must be enrolled for a minimum of nine (9) credit hours per term as a graduate student or twelve (12) credit hours per term as an undergraduate.
- There is no age limit.
- Ph.D. students are eligible.
- Post-doctoral researchers are not considered students.

| PAYMENT INFORMATION |
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
- Check (must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars and made payable to “Applied Superconductivity Educational Foundation” and mailed to Centennial Conferences at the address below)
- ACH Transfers-USA only (click here to make an ACH payment)
- Wire Transfer* (click here for the wire payment instructions)
*Note: ASC 2024 bank information has changed from past ASC’s. Please make sure to reference the wire transfer information here.
To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment – not your payment commitment – must be received by June 27, 2024.
We understand some registrants need to use different forms of payment for different registration items. If this is the case, please complete your registration for the conference first and then return to your registration to modify your selection and provide a different form of payment for additional items.
| REGISTRATION CHANGES |
Changes to conference registrations can be made online via the link on the registration confirmation email until July 29, 2024. After July 29, requests to change a conference registration must be emailed to Centennial Conferences.
| CANCELLATION REQUESTS |
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received via email to Centennial Conferences no later than July 29, 2024. If a refund is made via wire, there is an additional $25 fee applicable. Cancellations after July 29, 2024, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
