Thank you for your interest in this year’s Applied Superconductivity Conference (ASC) and Exhibit. Our technical exhibit will provide your organization with an outstanding opportunity to display your products and services to the largest gathering of individuals within the superconductivity community from across the globe. We expect an attendance of more than 1,500 of the top scientists and engineers involved in superconductivity research, along with the top decision makers, government agencies and entrepreneurs. Together, we will navigate challenges, create partnerships, and collaborate to support the advancement of superconductivity research. We are expecting a large number of industry specific companies consisting of product manufacturers and service providers. The Exhibition will be held in the heart of Salt Lake City at the Salt Palace Convention Center, September 2-5, 2024.

The ASC 2024 Committee invites your company to exhibit at ASC 2024, considered the conference of choice for individuals within the superconductivity community. A myriad of technical and special sessions will update scientists and engineers within the superconductivity community with the latest scientific and technical developments. The conference will include plenary, oral, and poster sessions as well as various social events.

DEADLINE FOR EXHIBIT BOOTH REGISTRATION

July 1, 2024

BOOTH FEES

BOOTH INFORMATION (download the exhibitor prospectus and rules and regulations for detailed exhibit information)

• When registering for a booth, a booth number must be selected from the list of available booths.
• All single booths will be 10′ wide by 10′ deep.
• Each booth will be equipped with 3′ high fabric side-rails and an 8′ high fabric back-wall, one (1) 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket and one (1) ID sign.
• Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes two (2) Exhibit Representative Registrations (Full conference registrations) and access to the published special Conference issue of the IEEE Transactions of Applied Superconductivity in digital format (fully peer reviewed papers submitted at the Conference, scheduled to be published in August 2025).
• Exhibit hall is not carpeted.
• Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Exhibit Hall.
• Access to Exhibitor Lounge.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment must be made at the time of registration using a credit card. Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Once payment is received in full, the booth inclusions above will be valid.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

If written notice of cancellation is received by July 29, 2024, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after July 29, 2024, will result in forfeiture of the exhibit fee.
