  • When registering for a booth, a booth number must be selected from the list of available booths.
  • All single booths will be 10′ wide by 10′ deep.
  • Each booth will be equipped with 3′ high fabric side-rails and an 8′ high fabric back-wall, one (1) 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket and one (1) ID sign.
  • Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes two (2) Exhibit Representative Registrations (Full conference registrations) and access to the published special Conference issue of the IEEE Transactions of Applied Superconductivity in digital format (fully peer reviewed papers submitted at the Conference, scheduled to be published in August 2025).
  • Exhibit hall is not carpeted.
  • Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Exhibit Hall.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment must be made at the time of registration using a credit card. Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Once payment is received in full, the booth inclusions above will be valid.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

If written notice of cancellation is received by July 29, 2024, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after July 29, 2024, will result in forfeiture of the exhibit fee.
